Apple Ginger Bourbon Fizz
A crisp, refreshing cocktail that blends sweet apple, warm bourbon, and spicy ginger for the perfect sip to transition into fall.
Ingredients

1½ oz Bourbon

2 oz Apple Cider
-
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

½ oz Maple Syrup
-
2 oz Ginger Beer
Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the bourbon, apple cider, fresh lemon juice, and maple syrup. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well chilled. Strain into a rocks or highball glass filled with fresh ice, then top with ginger beer. Give it a gentle stir to combine and garnish with a thin apple slice for a crisp, seasonal finish.
Mocktail Version
For an alcohol-free version, simply leave out the bourbon and add an extra ounce of apple cider along with an additional splash of ginger beer.
